VoisoSMS is developed and operated by Wazaza Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus.

VoisoSMS provides software that enables customers to automate SMS campaigns through their own Voiso account.

Wazaza Ltd does not provide:

• SMS delivery
• telecommunications services
• messaging carrier services
• mobile network services

All SMS transmission, routing, billing, and delivery are performed by Voiso using its own infrastructure.

Customers remain solely responsible for:

• obtaining recipient consent
• complying with GDPR
• complying with ePrivacy rules
• complying with local marketing laws
• maintaining valid Voiso accounts
